Testimony about ESQ Mission Statement & Character Building (MCB) Training
Sultan Djhorgi, actor
This training helps me to understand the meaning of my life. For a long time, I separated the purpose of my work in this world and the higher purpose of the afterlife. Now, after MCB training, I can integrate the purpose of my life
Aguswan, medical doctor
I feel so glad to join this fantastic training. Now I understand that my personal, my company’s and family’s goals which have been separated into different direction can be unified into one. I understand that all knowledge and our activities in life will at the end come to 165.
Anita Tanjung, office worker
For me personally, MCB training is like the answer for my life’s questions that have been going on in my mind. MCB training gives me a super concept. After joining, I feel all burden on my shoulder is vanished. I hope I can always keep this feeling inside.
Mutia Eski, college student
Spectacular! MCB training stands out among the trainings I have joined before. The method in MCB is far so much different from the ESQ Basic training. The explanation of the material is effectively supported by high creativity and sophisticated multimedia technology. So, the participants are focused and can enjoy the atmosphere with all its special features. I really enjoy the training.
Hidayat Tasrif, Human Resource Manager, PT Sari Ater
I learned a lot from this training, especially the importance of a mission. With a clear mission, we will be able to suitably apply the values in reaching our vision. This training also builds up my knowledge so that I can strengthen my character with the exposures of the special characters of figures for me to learn lessons from them.
Syam Bimbo, Artist
Alhamdulillah, I have the chance to join another ESQ training. MCB trains us that every hope that we may think impossible to gain–if we feel sure to attain it–could come true. I still remember when I joined ESQ basic training, the hope to build Menara 165 was still an idea. Now, in this MCB training, subhanallah, I see Menara 165. The hope has been realized.
Subarna, the Head of Local Community Empowerment Office, the Regional Government of West Java.
This training is essential in creating personal and organization vision. With a clear vision, people are more committed to deliver the works either in their family or organization. As a leader in my office, I also learned here that creating a vision is not a top-down process, but it is the result of a sharing process. It needs to be formulated together, so that, the vision could be carried out by every individual as a part of a larger system.
